You will provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your account login credentials.

2. Permitted Use and WhatsApp Compliance

Our service integrates with WhatsApp to facilitate consumer communication. You must strictly abide by the Meta/WhatsApp Terms of Service and Business Policies. You are forbidden from:

Using our platform to send unsolicited spam, marketing blasts, or malicious content.
Harassing or sending abusive automated messages to any individual.
Operating in industries prohibited by WhatsApp’s Commerce Policy (e.g., selling contraband, illegal medical advice, or adult content).

Violating Meta/WhatsApp guidelines may result in your WhatsApp number being flagged or banned by Meta. We do not assume liability for any number bans or account suspensions caused by misuse or compliance violations on the user's end.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Our Service is billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually) according to the pricing tier selected on our website:

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
Billing cycles begin immediately after your 7-day trial period ends.
If a billing transaction fails, you will be granted a 3-day grace period to update your billing details before your WhatsApp assistant is paused.

4. Intellectual Property

All technology, brand designs, core codebase, copywriting, and proprietary AI prompts utilized within the 24/7 WhatsApp Manager system are the intellectual property of our company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform during your paid subscription.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service. This includes lost revenue, missed jobs, or business interruptions.
